Ultrasonic Cleaning of Wires Prior to Galvanizing

Ultrasonic cleaning has demonstrated in the past years to be the best technology to remove drawing soaps from the wire. It is used for a lot of applications in the wire industry in particular for stainless steel wires or oil tempered wire prior to the heat treatment or for final product such as welding wires. It is also used for aluminum alloy and copper wire to remove lubricant oil from a wet drawing machine or forming process.
