Wiring Systems: Up a Volcano in an Electric Car

Professional long-distance automobile driver, Rainer Zietlow, has scaled the Uturuncu volcano located in Bolivia in his VW ID.4 GTX. This feat was accomplished also thanks also to LEONI AG’s exceptionally failure-proof wiring systems.

At the end of the record drive, the previously notarized and sealed GPS altimeters read exactly 5816 m when Zietlow switched off his electric car just below the summit of the still active volcano after eleven days of driving across three countries.
